This two-day camp is filled with learning activities, age-appropriate exercise, strength conditioning, yoga, critical thinking activities, creating a balanced nutritional plan and much more! Topics of discussion embedded in our activities are managing school stress, peer pressure and friendships. 
F.I.T.T. LEVEL 2
FITNESS. IDEAS. TRAINING. TECHNIQUES.  (SPRING 2020)
This two-day camp is filled with strength conditioning, age appropriate exercise, yoga, meditation, developing endurance, flexibility, embracing a healthier lifestyle and nutritional choices. All activities integrate critical thinking skills, collaboration and much more! 
 
F.I.T.T. LEVEL 1 RECOMMENDED 

MIND. BODY. SOUL.
WEEKEND CAMP    (SPRING 2020)

This is a six day / three weekend day camp with a whole child approach in mind. 

  • MIND: The first weekend is focused on fun, meaningful and research based activities that help kids develop a strong and healthy mindset. We address topics such as anxiety and depression through yoga, exercise, age appropriate meditation techniques, coping strategies, communication techniques and making healthy lifestyle choices. We finish LOVE YR MIND weekend at Vertical Hold with a rock climbing challenge. 

  • BODY: This weekend is filled with activities focused on strength, endurance and flexibility. We focus on nutrition, age appropriate exercises, building strong bodies and staying healthy. 

  • SOUL: Weekend filled with music, dancing, silliness and happiness. Activities include running, games and yoga.

SCHOOL 101 CAMP (2020)

Get ready for the second semester! Who said school has to be boring? In this two-day weekend camp we focus on playing and winning the school game. We teach kids how to navigate the school environment. From the meaning of notes, organizational skills, study habits, healthy friendships, teacher-student relationships, testing skills to communicating with teachers and counselors. Schools are filled with rules and boring manuals. We give kids a quick 101 on everything they need to know to play the game of school and win! 

We teach through fun activities, discussions, games and goal setting. 

HEALTHY MINDSET CAMP  (2020) 

A healthier lifestyle starts with our Mental Health. We focus on teaching different ways to develop a strong and healthy mindset. Topics such as self-acceptance, eating healthy, positive friendships, involvement in hobbies, celebrating success, personal goal setting, exercising and stress management is taught through games, exercise, competitive and reflective activities, and much more. Being healthy goes beyond physical habits. Kids need positive strategies, coping skills and techniques to develop and sustain positive mental health.

This camp will raise awareness and teach kids the importance of keeping Mental Health as their priority just like their physical health!
